I came in for a haircut and a partial foil, and not only did she listen carefully to everything I wanted—she absolutely nailed it! Katie has such a calming presence and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy every step of the way. She framed the cut to suit my face perfectly, gave thoughtful suggestions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked flawless. Rachel was an absolute gem and transformed my hair from an embarrassing brittle mess, to a refreshed lob that brought out my curls in the best way!
